New receptionist is not very friendly. Struggle to get the information I needed. Wanted a recheck to refill a prescription for an incurable condition that they diagnosed. Which only treatment is pain management with that medicine.

We absolutely love Marcotte Vet clinic. The staff is all super friendly, kind, compassionate, caring and very knowledgeable of horses. We have taken several horses to see them, each with its own unique problem or issue varying from simple teeth floating, respiratory infections, strains, sprains, colic and they even helped us to make a very difficult end of life decision. Dr Marcotte and his staff are the best. I will continue to use his services and hope and pray he doesn’t decide to retire anytime soon.
