Clearly a scam. He has vehicles listed all over the country on Facebook, etc (at scam prices) but if you look him up, he is in podunk Oklahoma and none of those vehicles are his. Not sure of this guy's response, but I've never talked to him. Just warning the public of a scammer, and a poor one at that.
