Keith was very informative and helped me work through the claim process and he knew what he was doing. Excellent customer service, they do really care about their customers. They kept me informed of the process and stood by everything they told me. The lobby was clean, well maintained and welcoming. The work on my vehicle was beyond exceptional, and my Explorer looks good as new. I am soo glad I made the choice to go to Thomas Collision Center! I highly recommend!!”
