Seems like all the pharmacies now the Walgreens that are supposed to be open till 10:00 or not open till 10:00 they're all closing hours early just the other day 21st and Utica didn't open it all because they didn't have a pharmacist it's a real hindrance whenever you have your medication sent to a pharmacy where there is no pharmacist and you have to have it that day seems like they're going out of business yikes

I have used this pharmacy for manyyy years and I used to love it. But now the pharmacy closes at 6 n closed on the weekends but I made due. I got a call that they would not fill my prescriptions due to the pharmacist FINALLY catching up on training and my med combo apparently Walgreens no longer fills. A medication I would need weened off of but they cancelled one w out talking w my doctor. My doctor asked me to switch pharmacy and I did. I understand rules change but that's not how to handle it. Inconvenience after inconvenience, rude staff and a store that has lost the personal touch.

Seems like they've addressed their problems. They've been very helpful and friendly and in a good mood for quite a while now. They have plenty of employees. They open a second register quickly. They all get along. Don't need the pharmacy much, but they've been fine. They don't have long pharmacy hours anymore, so you want to check on those. They have a drive-through.

The people working in the pharmacy are rude and act like they hate their jobs. And Slow the 31st Sheridan store is terrible

If I could give zero stars I would don't bother with this Walgreens the people here are morons. I just called to check on my antibiotics that my doctor prescribed and the guy who answered the phone told me that it takes time for the prescription to get through the firewall. Wtf...?!?!? Two weeks ago when I had to get my medicine the woman told me to try back the next day when I went to the Walgreens the pharmacy was closed the whole day. there's no way in hell they didn't know that the pharmacy was gonna be closed that day. why the hell would you tell me to come back when you knew you were having off that day... scumbags. Also last month they told me my doctor did not send a prescription. I called my doctor and she read the send request to me and said "yea, that Walgreens is the worst in town" my doctor said that. Just invest in a good funeral plot and a coffin if you go to this Walgreens because that's basically what you're going to need if you are waiting on medication that keeps you alive.

I change to the Walgreens at 30th and Sheridan because the other Walgreens didn't always have the medication. So I come to this Walgreens after receiving texts and phone calls that my prescription is ready and they tell me I have to come back tomorrow. So I come back tomorrow and they tell me well it won't be ready until later so come back later and then the pharmacist gets in my face talking about I can't be waiting in the drive-through line so the moral of the story is do not shop at Walgreens they suck the pharmacist are rude I will never step foot in another Walgreens again. Very poor customer service rude hateful and ugly OK

At 31st & Sheridan - Worst Walgreens in Tulsa for customer service. Manager and girl at front register on New Years Day have no concept of what customer service is. Uploaded 122 photos to their app to be picked up later that day - you had print at least 100 to get the deal. When I got there 4 hours later they weren't ready because some who worked there just left them loaded but didn't bother to finish. It would have been fine but the two employees above acted like it was my problem and I had to wait 30 minutes before they were done - they didn't even offer an apology! One girl with red hair that worked there wanted to give them to me free because I had to wait but the other girl argued with her!! I will never spend another dime at that store and hope they go out of business for being assholes!

If it were full of sheep (it is), it'd be Woolgreens. If it were owned by Mark and Donnie, it'd be Wahlgreens. And if it were owned by Kiara, it'd be Whalegreens. Located in the Far East suburbs of Midtown Tulsa Oklahoma, it really managed to help out in a pinch (what the f*** does that even mean though) when I needed a replacement hairbrush - which seems to be a very frequent problem for me - which I'm not sure why... it's quite annoying actually. Very expensive like every other Walgreens to be honest. And YMCA locations need to stop stealing my pink-ass hairbrushes. No no I meant pink-ass, hairbrushes. Not that it's for my a** hair. Dude I don't even HAVE any. Thanks to my friend Philip. Philip Snorelco!

Back when I lived in Tulsa there was a time when Walgreens seemed to be trying the Starbucks method of "a store on every corner"... well there are still a lot of them here! This is a pretty good sized location and convenient for popping in and out when needing something small. We needed a gift bad and a gift card and we were in and out in minutes. My largest complaint is staff... why is it that they just seem so unhappy? Is it that bad to work at a Walgreens? Sullen and almost just seething... really the energy radiating from the people here would alone make me not want to come here again. Any way... it's a good store... I mean it's a Walgreens... you know what you're getting... so get in and get out. Don't let the good vibe s***** outers vamp on your aura!

The store employees here are helpful and friendly. Due to my son moving to Chicago for college, we moved his prescriptions to Walgreens. The pharmacist filled the wrong prescription and told me that she couldn't call the doctor's office to get additional refills on his medication. The doctor's office requires the pharmacy call. She was not helpful in the least. We will be taking our business to CVS.
