Hallelujah! The birthday card that I mailed from Tulsa to Denver on May 8, 2024, that I paid extra for expedited shipping, arrived today June 29, 2024. Who could possibly ask for slower expedited service ?????

They lost my package, and was told its in a parcel locker. Its been 2 weeks. I filed a missing package report, heard from someone that they would fix it then never got a call back. My neighbors are missing mail and packages, even my apartment complex is missing entire shipments. I dont know whats going on, no one does.

I wore my glasses the day I went in because I was too tired to put in my contacts. The man working at the counter looked at my ID and said, "You should get contacts. You look better without glasses."My feelings weren't hurt. Still, I wouldn't say something like that to even friends and family, let alone a customer or stranger. What the hell kind of service is this? Is this for real?

Went in today. The customer service moron disappeared after serving the person in front of me. She never returned after 20 minutes and I rang the bell 5 times. Five customers and I walked out because they refused to man the service counter. This is not the first time I had issues with these cretins.

Very unorganized no where to have a lable printed it is just a drop off hub and hopefully MAYBE have somebody come to the counter we were in town for the weekend needed to have lable printed from a email return couldn't print any lables in that store ended up going to Jenks usps

Drop off and pick up only. Tried to mail a package and you cannot pay for shipping here. Why are they even open? This location should be renamed as USPS pickup/drop off center so people don’t drive here trying to do a basic activity of the post office. Wasted my time this afternoon!

Worked my tail off for a certification. The certificate came in an envelope that clearly said do not bend. The letter carrier obviously didn't care to take the time to put it by the door. It's completely bent from being crammed into my small mailbox. I tried to submit a complaint via email. All questions were answered and info given and funny, no matter what you do you can't submit.

Open from 10am-12pm on Saturday. Opens door 10 minutes late. 15 people standing in line. One person working counter to help people. This place needs to be better staffed and open on time.
