Not very helpful with understanding I just moved here from another state and don't have a Tulsa address yet. Never heard of that being an issue at all. Possibly they just don't like people from the upper east coast. No worries not the only mobile service in town.

One bar nearly everywhere I go. The unlimited data is LIMITED. I can’t use my internet while I’m talking or doing business on US Cellular unlimited plan. I highly recommend att or Verizon. I should have never switched! Forget about getting help you will get stuck in a prompt loop. They do not want to talk to you. They just want your money for a dishonest product. Drive past US cellular!

Brandon was helpful in getting my phone to receive text messages. He had to call Advanced Tech Department and spent at least one hour on the call. I couldn’t believe the patience he had in dealing with the person on the other end. He was so pleasant to work with. I hope I can use Brandon again.

Justin was very personable and took a total of 2-3 hours to help me get my phone transferred to my own account and set up, he got no commission for helping me but still he made sure every i was dotted and every t was crossed! Haven’t had a phone in months , called ahead of showing up , Micheal answered & assisted me answering all the questions I had & was extremely patient ! He was so freaking helpful !! He made it so easy to upgrade & finally get a phone worth buying & also even helped me out getting the apple watch I’ve always wanted!! He also apologized for the activation wait ! Super pleased with my experience at the 71st st location! Micheal made sure I was a happy customer & I really appreciate it so much . Definitely will be coming back to this location for help

Went in there yesterday to buy a 13 pro Max and wanted to pay in full and go on a prepaid plan…I was told no cash is allowed and I have to pay with a card and put a 400 deposit and sigh a 2.5 year contract even after I put right naught the phone…called the next day after calling around and then she said yes she can sell it to me and do prepaid but I have to pay with a credit card only…which isn’t true so after getting the run around I called the location on 101st & memorial and was taken care of in less the 30 minutes in and out paid in full and on the prepaid plan I wanted…be careful they will say whatever they can to get you into a contract or make you pay more
