By far the worse service department in the state of Oklahoma. Never returns calls for updates on vehicles. Always has excuses as to why something is taking so long. I highly encourage buying a vehicle elsewhere or at the least take your vehicle to another Hyundai or non Hyundai dealer for service and repair. Steer clear... read full comment

Just when I thought I couldn't GET ANY WORSE! Called 3 times asking to speak to a manager...ANY MANAGER...not a single return call. Honestly...not only would I highly recommend NOT going here, but so far Hyundai over all is exactly what everyone warned me about....NOT REMOTELY IMPRESSED after two years of ownership!
