Best automatic wash available. Easy in and out, especially if you use their app. Always gets the car cleaner than the other places, even the ones that have someone at the front to do the pre-rinse/scrub.
Would be 5 stars if they didn't increase their price for the basic wash from $8 to $10. That's a 25% bump with no added value, yikes!

This car wash damaged my car and refuses to pay for the damage done. My car was fine going in and was broken after coming out. They said it was a “underlying issue” It’s ridiculous and unprofessional

I wouldn't give Tommy express a low review.. But this specific location on Peorias water smells like hot rotten eggs! You guys really need to fix this. The new carwash down the road smells like heaven compared..

Great service and company. I had problem with my car and they paid the repair in full and fairly quick. Staff is always very kind and helpful. They take good care of customers.

The most horrible experience. Recently while taking my car through the car wash. The car wash malfunctioned and ripped my entire back bumper off. They told me because the bumper has a scratch they will do nothing. District manager said he would call me he did not follow up or call via email. What 20 year old car doesn't have a scratch on the bumper. I know it's an old car but it is my second car. Do you know the embarrassment I went through having to put my top down to carry my bumper home. I know it's not the worker's fault but this happened but as a company someone needs to take responsibility. I will never use this car wash or any Tommy's ever again. Customers beware of anything happens to your car you will be out of luck. You can see in the pictures minor scratches but no physical damage. Unfortunately on this review I'm unable to add the pictures

Today is March 14, 2024 and an employee who yelled his name at me as "Darren", was extremely rude to the female employee (black) there. Talking over her and answering for her when the questions were Not directed to him! Then he comes out the door yelling at me. Accusing me of not putting my car in neutral ? We were following the marquee and he started screaming rudely at me as if he was someone's superior! Yelling stop doesn't have to be Rudely done if your prime concern is safety! When I rolled down the window and said you do not have to have a bad attitude and scream like that at me he kept screaming saying yes he does! Customer safety or service is Not handled like that! He kept yelling and screaming ? like he wanted to be someone's boss. Very disrespectful, he didn't even put the plastic cover on my back windshield wiper. A bully and tyrant, very over reactive!!! I hope he gets retrained or fired for lack of people skills!!!

This was a great experience at the Peoria location. I was greeted with a smile and educated on the wash packages. They even have a great promotion going on for unlimited washes! I went through the wash process only for my expectations to be exceeded in the quality of the wash! I even went over to their FREE vacuums and cleaned out my car with one of their detail kits that you can buy! Great job and kudos!

Memberships cheaper monthly then paying daily rate for month. Easy cancellation of membership compared to other places. Love the friendly service and communication from the employees. Very helpful.
