I rented from here multiple times. It's always been great. Until this morning I met a middle-aged/advanced in age woman named Tia who was the worst. I mean the opposite of helpful making this the worst experience to date renting from here. I gathered my items and the bags and had my hands full and asked her to check the door. If I left anything she said they will check it but she was in a rush to give me checked out. It would have just taken her a few seconds to look in the door for me. She was standing 6 ft away from the door . I was struggling with 4 small bags and a gallon of water. Other than her being passive aggressive and bad at faking good customer service. The rest was smooth and friendly as ever. I'm surprised it's the first time I've seen someone of a senior generation giving such bad customer service compared to the young teens they sometimes hire at dealerships.

Very friendly people, helped us get a car last minute since hertz didn’t have our reserved car. I would definitely recommend coming here. Quick and easy.

I was shocked by how great Toyota was to rent a car from. So much better than any experience I’ve ever had at other rental companies. Got me in a clean new car same day and even called my insurance company for me to arrange for direct payment so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. Kevin was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Definitely call this place first if you need a rental in Tulsa.

First time I got oil change in 150000 mile car after Jim Norton changed it supposedly it was 1 and 1/2 quarts low. I checked it after one week of new change and no oil missing. Maybe Jim Norton uses oil change stickers to show oil change but really don't do it like everything else. Stickers for oil change are cheap. Kinda like they kept my used car for a week after I bought it for repairs and then gave it to me with a tag a week later that was dated for a week before but I hadn't had the car for one day. Now in 3 weeks tag is due and I just got the car that was held for a week for repair but the repairs weren't done. Next oil change will see how low oil goes to see if Jim Norton actually changed it. Won't think of buying there again.

One of the worst customer experiences there is to offer. I usually go here for the nice experience, apparently they hire just anyone, kid decided to talk over me and argue with me about how all the vehicles seat 5. I was well aware of vehicle capabilities that's why I was willing to wait for a cleaner bigger vehicle other than a Corolla for my family of 5. With 2 car seats in the back seat, YOU CANNOT FIT ANOTHER PERSON IN THE MIDDLE OF THEM, no matter how one wants to think so.

I had a very good experience with them when it comes to changing the batteries for my remotes. I was able to go in-and-out in about 5 minutes. And it's complimentary for being a customer.I've bought my vehicle from them and have been using them for my regular maintenance for 3 years now. It always have been good and professional. Their waiting room is very spacious and have wifi and complimentary snacks while you wait.However, their oil-change service doesn't cover vacuuming like some other competitors.
