Every time I walk into Tatermash I am greeted by their super friendly staff. Everyone there is ready to help you pick out whatever it is you need. They have lots of things to choose from and can monogram it, too! ♥️

First time in this store with my niece who has done a lot of business before. As soon as we entered she rudely stated, “we are are not taking orders !” Not for 2 weeks! We asked if there was a recommendation for another person or place for embroidering and she rudely sad “no!” and walked into the other room! Wow ! I’ve never been treated like that by a business!

I dropped off two backpacks yesterday and the lady at the front desk was so KIND!!!!!!! I've used this place in the past and every single time they greet me and are so nice. I work in the customer service field and its so wonderful to have people treat you like their own. Will use them every time!!!!!!!!

I was looking for a local place to embroider beach towels for a bachelorette party and somebody on Nextdoor suggested Tatermash. The staff was very responsive to questions via email and even nicer in person. I didn't catch the name of the girl that helped me but she was so kind and patient with me explaining all the options for fonts, thread color, and placement. Even better, they called me less than a week after I dropped them off telling me they were finished. I couldn't be happier with the final product. They charged $12/towel which I felt was reasonable.
