The last few times I have been here, it’s a horrible experience. This last time, today October 16th, I waited for an hour to get done and I am writing this as I am still setting in the stall getting my oil changed! They pulled me in and asked if I was first before another lady after pulling into a vacant stall. I explained you told me to go to stall 2 where no one else was at, at the time. Well, after asking me that question, they waited for the other lady on the other side of me to get into the stall before they would start helping me. Unacceptable! I complied with your orders! And they are orders, the staff is condescending and frankly rude. I told them that I want an oil change and air filter change and they continue to try and talk down to me about other services. Other much more expensive services! I also made them show me my coolant level because I read another review about someone else coolant being drained. This used to be a good spot to get an oil change. Not so anymore!!! I will be going somewhere else from now on. You have lost my business. Please don’t reply with a phone number to contact you to discuss my concerns. You can read and you need to fix your issues! Training needs to be better and so does your customer service!

I got there early and they were able to get me in. I appreciated that. Also, very fast and we were able to go over near term service needs of my vehicle. Also, they made sure my notifications on my dashboard were no longer unnecessarily on.

My first and the very last time ever going to them! I paid $138 for a simple oil change! And they claim it was that high because they topped all my fluids! I could have done that myself! They also got me by saying “You need full synthetic oil” so I had to pay $84.99 instead of $54 NEVER AGAIN! They get over on females

I had a great review on here before changing this. I went to two different Take 5s in the last two days, and they took other customers before us. I left both times. We waited nearly an hour to get an oil change. We won't be going back. Sorry to say.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION… declined a coolant flush. My car is new and has never had any issues, went here for just an oil change. A day later my emergency coolant light came on and I started having issues. Decided to take my car into another location to check on this. Turns out my coolant was nearly drained and never filled… very concerning business practices and quality of customer service

Understandable to wait, but after 45min of waiting, it wasn’t until I got in there that I realized what the situation was. Six workers but a lot of wasted time “trying to look busy.”It took another 30min for me to get a simple oil change at my usual location. I had forgotten to being up my coupon (due to long wait) & the person billing me out didn’t remind me as in the past—so I paid the full amount. I’m not a complainer & a business owner myself, but this was an extremely inefficient scenario fir a “5 minute oil change” expectation.
—Very disappointed & not going back to that location!

First time going to this store. Previously been to another Take5 in a different city. Had a great quick thorough experience, but not this time. Staff was friendly but understaffed. Waited over an hour in 104° temperature. No fan, but was offered a bottle of warm water. Staff was getting over heated as well. There was a car that came in the bay next to mine, and staff was more attentive to her than to me. Couldn’t leave for your vehicle for safety reasons which I get but also cannot expect someone to sit on their vehicle for well over an hour in those temperatures. I was to the point that I was about to throw up because my body was so over heated. I had a meeting to attend and errands to run but had to cancel because the time I left my clothes were so wet from sweating. Would have been better to take one vehicle at a time instead of making someone sit there so long and get heat exhaustion. The kids had their inappropriate music so loud which was definitely unprofessional for a business. I took a chance because my previous Take5 experience but will NOT recommend this store. I will be returning to my dealership.
