Our air conditioning has been out for 3 weeks. My husband has called 3 times, been told that no appointments are available & that he would be called back in 48-72 hours to set something up. NOBODY CALLS. He has been on the phone today for over 2 hours, getting shuffled from one person to another, getting cut off, having to repeat EXACTLY THE SAME INFORMATION EVERY TIME and getting nowhere. There was a time when Sears was a trusted name, but it's not hard to see why the company is going bankrupt. The unit has been installed for slightly over a year, and this is the second time it has broken down. The windows they installed were also done in a slipshod manner. I do not recommend this company for any project, great or small, in northeastern Oklahoma, and if we do not get a response in the next 48 hours, we will be contacting our lawyer & the Better Business Bureau.

I sincerely regret doing business with these people; wish I had NEVER heard of Transform Home Sears (Tulsa, OK). I signed my contract on 06/30/20. They showed up 08/24/20; after 5 days of what was suppose to be a 3-4 day job, installer said he couldn't complete it because of wrong size shower door. It would of taken at least another month to get the door. So, I called someone else. It was a nightmare to get credit for door I didn't receive; installer made multiple damages/mistakes in my bathroom; I was charged over $28,000.00 for what was probably a 14,000.00 job (I'm being generous with that figure); I'm pretty sure my walk in tub is defective. I HATE this company; they lie about everything; have attitude problems; charged for the entire job 5-6 weeks before they even begin the remodel (lied about that-more of their "creative financing". Who has to totally pay for a job that has never even been started? They convince people to do business with them using the Sears name, but they only have the name/logo, not the values and customer service of old Sears company. I invested a great deal of my savings into trying to get a handicap accessibly bathroom. I'm 69; have a rare autoimmune disorder with partially paralyzed legs. They could care less how they inconvenience someone like me. They have made my life a living hell. I will regret this decision forever. Anyway, karma is a ____! I pray everyday that it catches up with these people, especially their billionaire CEO. Oh yeah, the 12 months interest free starts from day contact is signed, but they don't bill for 6 months, so you are way behind before you receive statement and, of course, you only have until contract date of next year to pay off without interest or get billed hundreds of dollars in interest. Quite a nice little scheme they have going. I'm sure they do it nationwide, considering their rating with BBB is F.

Contractors extremely professional and courteous, very helpful in answering any questions we had, only took three days to complete the kitchen counter tops, back splash, sink, faucet, disposal unit and dishwasher.

The work on my kitchen wasn't started for 3 months after we signed the paperwork. It took multiple emails to get someone to actual get some this project started. The delay was due to the material not arriving so the fabricator could produce our countertops. We didn't order anything exotic.Once they started the project, it took 3 days to complete. Ours is a small kitchen and bathroom countertops and back splashWe were actually being billed for the countertops and the clock had started on our interest free period.I was not pleased. If I knew up front that the entire crew doing the work was driving down from Tulsa to OKC to perform the work, I wouldn;t have booked this with Sears. Look elsewhere.

Like the salesman. Like the windows. The installers did good. Their customer service stinks. Original octagon window wasn't made to the measurements given by the installers. Said it would take 2 more weeks to get another one. After 2 weeks and not hearing anything, I called them and they then told me that they didn't make the new one correctly and said it would take another 3 weeks to get one made. No calls to keep me updated. I called them after 2 1/2 weeks to find out what was happening. He then told me it would be delivered in a week. I asked him when he found this out and he told me it was a week and a half earlier. I told him it would have been nice if someone called me to let me know that and he agreed. Again, no coordination with the customer at all. An octagon window that fit was finally installed today - 5 weeks after the other windows were installed. Why does it take 3 weeks to make one window? I must have been put at the end of the line. Not right!

The doors once installed look great and a great job was done on install. The rest of the process leading up to the install turned into a nightmare. I will not put myself through that again.

Some what disappointed, I was told by the salesperson that he would talk to the installers personally about putting a return in our living room and patch the hole in the wall on the outside of my house when they had the installers put in the new HVAC unit Well when I talked to the installer he informed me that the salesperson never called him and he was not aware of these two things/ He couldn't put in the return because it was not on the order to be done and because it was not in the price of the unit and labor, but he did patch the hole. I tried to reach out to the sales person who was working with me on the new unit by text and by leaving a voice mail and he did not return my call or texts. I called the head person in Tulsa and he informed me that if I wanted to have the return put in it was going to cost extra. Really???? Very disappointed. However the installers were great they did a good job putting the unit in. I forgot to mention that the sales person also told me that the price he quoted me included the system, labor and putting in the return. Their sales people need to follow through with and back what they tell us the customer.

I recently purchased new flooring for my living room and hallway. The installers were able to finish it in one day. I love the type of flooring and I am very happy with how it turned out. Several people have seen it and also love it. Two of my friends are looking to have Sears do new flooring for them. I definitely would advise you to have Sears do your home remodeling.
