Average experience with this location. We almost always take our cars here for oil changes and brake jobs because it's a close location to our work and my husband likes the manager. When I'm only paying for an oil change I really don't expect them to rotate/balance tires so most of the time I don't think twice about it but 3x in the last year of visits I've specifically asked to have my tires rotated and balanced (if it's an extra cost, that's fine, I'll pay it), they say they'll do it but every time I've gotten my car back it clearly has not been done. The last two times I've taken it back up there to have it completed but at this point I'm pretty well agitated, I'll probably be finding a new place to go from now on.

Stopped in to fix a flat. They took the nail out and put air in for no charge. Less than 45 minutes. Awesome experience

Went in with a leaking tire. The service was quick and efficient. Everyone was so kind and it was a “no charge ma’am!” Robertson Tire is the best and always has been! Thanks to everyone there!

I experienced a problem with a new set of tires bought at a different store than the Robertson’s at 43rd and Mingo. They could not correct the issue of vibration. Allen, the manager at the Mingo store was empathetic and took ownership to identify the cause and then took action to correct. I highly recommend Allen and his team for your car service needs. It’s refreshing to find a manager of a business that truly cares about customers.

I had a tire that was going flat constantly and we took this tire to three different shops. We live in Bartlesville we had it checked in Tulsa and Bartlesville by multiple licensed businesses. Neither of these business could find anything wrong with it. Well I have dealt with Zach Nixon before and I told my husband let’s take it to Robertson’s Tire back in Tulsa we had positive business before. We walked in not even five minutes later they found the problem. Then they realized our battery in our car was bar which we had been having problems so for an affordable price we got a battery for our car and a free tire fix. Thank you again Zach Nixon for a job well done. We appreciate you and hope you get a raise for your hospitality and respectful customer service. He always goes above and beyond his duty. Allen at the Mingo store always helps me with my car when it’s not something I have to take to the dealership to fix! They are honest and reliable and I appreciate that most being a single woman who knows nothing about fixing cars. They have been my go to for 20 years and will be for 20 plus more!

We are on a road trip and I just got new tires. My tire had a leak so we found this place and prayed we’d get in and out with 3 kids and 2 dogs. They fixed it in no time and customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

I'm a Chaplain with Southern Baptist Disaster Relief. The team i work with is currently working clean up in Claremore after their tornado. We had a flat on one of our tractors that we use to clean up tree debris. The Claremore shop had us in, repaired, and back to work in less than 5 minutes! Thank you!

Great place for tires and car care. Will not be undersold on tires, period! Go see them and take the challenge to see if you can beat their great prices and this includes the Shopping Clubs pricing! Honest and quality car care, great staff will care for you and your car care needs. For over 40 years, they get it done for you consistently and do great work
