The screen itself only lasted less than a month. I had My screen replaced, and I bought A screen protector to protect my actual screen. After dropping my phone once or twice the actual screen lcd broke. So my half of my screen would only work. After one more small fall the whole screen just came off. The glue they use is not good because the screen just started to unstick and now nothing works. I came In and asked them if they could do a free replacement since they gave me a bad screen but they tried to upswell me another one. I explained That I just Got it replaced less than a month ago and they said the only way I would Get a new screen was if I paid For it. I would Not recommend this place. First the screens they buy are cheap and they won’t survive one fall. Second they glue the screens badly so it starts to unstick. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I called Repair Army after a not-so-great experience at another repair store, and the gentleman who answered the phone was notably upbeat and positive. I told him my issue, and even though he did not have the part, he promised to have it there in the afternoon, then knocked $50 off the repair price I was facing at the other place. The tech who fixed the phone called me as soon as the part was delivered as I was walking into the mall (great follow-up), and he repaired the phone perfectly. He also answered a bunch of my questions addressing my relative lack of mobile tech knowledge.Great service/attitude and job well done for both of the guys there at Repair Army!

Incredible experience. These guys are the best in the business with the best prices. Convenient location right in front of the Apple store. Every phone I get, gets their screen protector. I recommend everyone this store to get repairs and screen protectors. Now they even have phone cases! They’re freaking awesome.
