Mill Creek went above and beyond when we needed a last minute carpet install, and they provided top notch White Oak floors for our install. They had an unbelievable carpet and tile selection at their store at 21st & Sheridan and we were able to do three rooms for the price of what others were charging for two. The installation team showed up on time and didn’t stop until they were finished. We had movers coming that day and they finished everything right on time. The floors look AMAZING and the carpet is perfect. The hardwoods are soooo beautiful! We still have a kitchen and bathroom to remodel and we will definitely be using them again!

Anne Cline was great. Helpful, responsive, and had great ideas for retiling a shower and a tub surround. Manny and his crew did excellent work. Left workspace neat after each day. Highly recommend.

My experience with both Shelby and Anne at the showroom on 41st Street was amazing. They helped me find the exact flooring I needed to complete a repair at my home. They refused to stop the search till they found what I needed.
It's so unusual to find the level of service I experienced.

After a frustrating experience at a big box store, MillCreek came through for the win!! I worked exclusively with one person, Shelby, who went above and beyond to get my carpet measured, ordered and installed on my timeline. The communication was excellent; it was such a good experience!! The installers arrived on time and also did an excellent job!! I have already referred others to MillCreek. I would definitely recommend.

Tom did a fabulous job getting everytthing in order.

They won’t answer their phone, and if you have a number for a person, their mailbox is full, the only number I could push was for insulation in their mailbox was full. They say they are closed until seven but obviously they shut down an hour or two early, but why? This is ridiculous. Not being available is terrible
