I came in about 830 -9 thinking that store closed at 9 but it didn't so the 4 gentleman inside decided to let us come in to get phones. My husband I already had an account have been with you guys for almost 8+ years while there we were convinced to get new numbers because we were told the "deal" going on at the moment would be cheaper for us to get the iPhones with new numbers and also that our accessories which all we requested was cases and screen protectors and chargers of course one for each phone would be free. We were told by Sadiq and there was 3 other gentleman working that the iPhones we picked out which was the 11 was 700. I was asked multiple times about tablets and he tried to get us to get phones for my children which I declined multiple times cause my kids arent old enough to care for phones yet,which I said many times that I didn't want anything else. All I wanted was cases and screen protectors.When all said and done I was at 1800 which I said immediately that didn't sound right and I asked for a receipt which he quickly replied he couldn't give me one the printer wasn't working and then tried to explain where the charges came from it was late and I was thankful that they helped us so when we finished we left and I said that something still wasn't right. So the next day I come back to the store to get a receipt printed and to talk to someone about the amount in which I found out I was charged multiple times for things I didn't even get 2 extra chargers 3 air pods 5 speakers and the phones were only 250 I'm very upset that I was done like this I have a copy of the receipt now and I'm fighting to get my refund. This isn't good business and to have people that would do that working for you is just crazy to me.

My partner wanted to cancel her plan with MetroPCS, and we went to the most convenient location, which was this one. Upon entering the store and explaining to the workers what she wants, they tell her that they can’t help her. Apparently, my partner needed to go to the store she originally set her plan up at. Thinking how ridiculous this was, we were told there was nothing she could do. Begrudgingly, we had to go to a different metroPCS on the other side of town, but it turns out that my partner was LIED TO by the workers at the MetroPCS. You do not have to go to the original store you set your plan up at. I am frustrated at the workers in this location, as they were not helpful, gave no effort to resolve my partner’s situation, and lied to her face. Making us waste more of our valuable time on Christmas weekend. The workers at this location need better training, and not completely LIE to us. I do not recommend this location to anyone, as the people here are not professional and will just send you to another store if they don’t want to help or don’t know how. It is ridiculous.

I love this place and I always get amazing customer service, but not today. I went around 2pm and some lady was the one available to help me out and let me say this... She had the nastiest attitude. Leaning on the counter as I asked questions. she would slightly roll her eyes and answer me in the lowest voice. She might be having a bad day , but no reason for her to take it out on customers with that nasty attitude. Y'all better check her management.Other than her service y'all are 5 stars.

Well I've been having problems with MetroPCS and I was thinking about leaving you all due to one of your faithful workers named Joseph at the location of Lewis North Lewis and Tulsa Oklahoma has kept me from leaving this MetroPCS the guy's good worker he always treat people right if it wasn't for him I would have left Metro PCS every time I come to this location Joseph always always satisfy the customer and on one satisfied customer
