Had an under-slab water leak in kitchen. Dustin and crew came out to remove base cabinets and countertop so leak could be repaired underneath them. Then when leak company was finished Dustin came back and reinstalled cabinets and countertop plus repaired one broken floor tile. Excellent work and accommodating time frame around other contractors.

We love our black pearl leathered granite from Joy Marble & Tile. We did almost have some trouble, but Vann fought for us and got our installation done in time and it was a beautiful job!! We have a unique situation with log walls in the kitchen but they rose to the challenge and we are so pleased with the results

Unfortunately I hired Joy Marble & Title for a bathroom and laundry remodel. Horrible experience and very poor quality of work. Long story short, they over promised on the job and under delivered in their service. We had issues on the job from beginning to end. I finally asked them to leave the job, unfinished. I would rather pay a professional company to redo their work, than have them cause more issues. For example:When attempting to relocate a vent in the bathroom they cut a large hole in the roof, then left the hole open (in the roof/uncovered) over a weekend when it stormed for 2 days... rained all in the house; on the new drywall.They consistently asked for additional money, on top of the quote, for line items in the quote.. They bid a full shower replacement and after the job started, they asked for an additional $2K for a shower door.They built a laundry room that was +6 inches smaller than the original plans (washer and dryer wouldn't fit in the room)... And, they forgot to build an exhaust line out for the dryer...Save yourself the trouble and find a professional business. Not this one.Service: Remodeling

The work was completed on time, workers showed up on time and were very polite and considerate and we had great communication from Michael Joy and the whole team. They did beautiful work with great prices. They are also great about coming back out to resolve any issues. We are so happy we went with Joy Marble & Tile and would recommend them to anyone looking to renovate!Services: Install flooring

Went by to get a quote on some granite and was welcomed and treated like I was a very important Customer. It was closing time but they seemed glad that I got there before they locked up and spent some after hour time with me.

Joy Marble and Tile did a fabulous job tiling our two front concrete porch steps. Mike Joy offered a very fair price and communication was outstanding before and during the project. The guys who did the work were precise in their measurements and took the time to get the job done right. My next door neighbor used these guys, too, for an indoor tiling job. He was very happy with everything. Mike really cares about providing quality work at a fair price. Highly recommended!!!Service: Tile work installation

Mike Joy the owner just turned out to be a dishonest person. Master shower remodel was completed. The shower pan was leaking. Let me be clear here- Mike Joy, the owner installed the shower pan and did NOT test it. Then his worker came in and built the bench in the shower and again the pan was not tested. Then everything got completed and it was leaking.All Mike Joy did was blame everyone else except himself and then sent the same worker back to tear it out and redo it. I had to get into to huge arguments over this and Mike still did not want to test the shower pan properly. I had to take over the entire project management because I refused to not test the shower pan correctly to ensure the second go around it would not leak. And on top of this Mike did not pay his worker because he blamed him for tearing the shower pan when he is the one who installed the shower pan to begin with. This is just blatant dishonesty. I would stay as far away from this company as possible!Service: Bathroom remodeling

Joy Marble and Tile remodeled our entire bathroom. Working with them was a really good experience for us as it was the first major remodel that we have ever done. Mike Boyd and Mike Joy are both responsive, explain things well, and their workmanship is of excellent quality. They kept delays to a minimum and we felt that we got the best price possible on our fabulous new bathroom.

We used Joy Marble and Tile to install our granite countertops. Let me tell you they are beautiful. The service we received was amazing as well. Ginger was helpful and knew exactly what we wanted and the installers were very professional. I highly recommend Joy Marble and Tile.

They did a beautiful job in my bathroom remodel, and when a small issue came up with the shower doors bracket two technicians came and fixed it. They were efficient, polite and friendly. All in all this company has provided excellent customer service.Service: Tile work installation
