Absolutely horrendous customer service. Did not measure the area correctly to begin with then proceed to blame the installer (who only had 2 small pieces left and needed about 6 more full pieces to complete the project) as well as the customer. Then can't finish the install because they can no longer get the materials. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. It's less about the issues of finishing the install as it is how they treated the customer. Would be willing to cut them some slack if they hadn't blamed the customer for all THEIR issues. Unbelievable.

I love my new floors. I had received quotes from Home Depot and Lowe’s, and I got a way better product for the same money. The installers finished in 2 days. The 0% financing was way better than the competitors.

We had two rooms of carpet laid today. The fellow was Craig (I think Griffin). He was so efficient. He worked alone and did a super job. He was prompt. Called ahead and told us when to expect him and his name. A really pleasant man. Our whole experience from ordering the carpet with the help of Dia to installation was great.

It was a pleasure to work with Johnson Floor & Home Carpet One. Brent was very knowledgeable and advised us well regarding both hardwood flooring and carpeting. They carpeted three bedrooms and we couldn’t be happier with the results. In the near future they will be making repairs to our hardwood floor that was damaged by a leak, and carpeting two additional bedrooms.

Cub at the Tulsa Hills location was fantastic to work with. We had a great experience in store, picking out our carpet and padding. He was informative and helpful without being “Sales-y”. We got our carpet ordered and it was installed two weeks later in an hour and 45 minutes! Installers were prompt and courteous, and they did a great jobs cleaning up. Start to finish, we had a great experience. Pricing was great, service was great, product and install was great. My boyfriend is a GC and I’m a realtor so we know of lots of options and we are very pleased and will be recommending Cub and Johnson Flooring to our own clients. (Before and after pics included.)

Absolutely will not stand behind their products. Blame cause off my problem on something that didn't exist.Plus they sent out a rep that looked like he belonged on a street corner holding a card board sign who was rude, disrespectful, and condescending.

Went to the store and took home some samples and made our choices. The "flooring expert" came and measured every room in the house. So the "flooring expert" knows it's a 45 year old (approx.) home. The "flooring expert" (I use this term lightly but notice it in their website being used) then gives estimate for material and labor. Payment arrangements made. We are patient and not in huge hurry and wait six weeks for installation to start. When installation guy arrives his first step in the house he immediately prepares us for "floor leveling" that the "floor expert" has mentioned nothing about. After calling him to discuss it he discredits installation guy of not being able to know these things. He does this after calling me back on another phone device because the store line is a recorded line. They start pulling up carpet and then the floor installation "supervisor team" come and tell us about the $3500 additional charge for floor leveling. When I question that, it goes back to the RED LETTERS on your RECEIPT after you have paid for what they quoted to begin with after the "flooring expert" came to home to measure. It's truly a comedy routine you get to pay for and a way of business for this bunch. I talked to 2 managers and it was like a broken record of irresponsibility and finger pointing at other "floor experts" and floor installation supervision and everyone under the sun. It was comical but odd that they both said (and I quote) "they wouldn't like it if it were done to them". And after the floor leveling was done, low and behold, they raised the low spot for a door to drag on the new flooring for about 6-8" in the swing of the door when opening. Truly showed me how important floor leveling was for that too happen. I used the word SHADY for them in their practices but its a perfected act and the way they work. And don't even ask about the shower surround and tile work.

We were happy with them at first the about 6 months later started having issues with moisture under the floors. They came and told us we had a leak. We checked there was no leak. Come to find out they did not do the required moisture tests on the concrete and did not put a barrier because it didnt look like it needed it. Come to find out they voided our manufacturer's warranty with their negligence. Now they want us to pay for new floor install. They keep telling me they are trying to work something out but when I call Brent he tells me now Whooten is supposed to call. Been a week and still no phone call. Terrible customer service. We have been going back and forth for 3 weeks now.

DON'T USE JOHNSON FLOORING!! We initially bought our flooring last June and we were happy with the process and product. In March of 2022, we noticed some white residue on the floor. We called the company out and they informed us we probably have a leak under the floor. So we had that all checked out and there was no leak to be found. I ordered new flooring and was told it only needed to be replaced in the kitchen area. Come to find out whenever they started taking it up there was a lot of moisture under the material, causing the residue to come up from the floors. We were then informed that some slabs have high moisture, which would have been caught if the right testing had been done on the floors before installation. Since the testing wasn't done on the initial installment our warranty is not covered under the vinyl material we bought. Testing was done the second time they came out to replace the floor that they thought was caused by a leak and come to find out it measured 12.4. They want it under 4 before they lay it. If the test was done they would have caught that the slab had high moisture and SHOULD have offered the barrier for our new floors. Instead, they did an eyeball test and thought the slab looked good and just installed the floors. I was at home and in the presence of everyone in my home and no test was done. Johnson Flooring is now saying they did the test but didn't document it, so STILL, I can't use the warranty for my floors. They have stopped responding to us and all I want them to do is come out and put the floors down right like it should have been done the first time. Mike admitted they should have done the test the first time, but they didn't. If this company had any customer service or integrity then they will come out and put my floors in with a barrier like it should have been done the first time. I am not an expert on floors and didn't know the questions to ask, this is why I went with a flooring company to help me in this process. I highly recommend going with another company for your flooring. I would really appreciate it if someone from the company would call me. Great price on the tile we got. Store manager was fabulous. The tile install took an extra day though. One guy called in 2 days in a row leaving one guy to do the work, though he did a fantastic job.

Installation process with this company was a complete disaster. There seems to be a miscommunication issue between the sales group and the installers. There were several things that we were promised or told by the sales person that the installers were either unaware of or did not agree with. Johnson Floor and Home was not the cheapest option but we chose the company because of these “promises” from sales person. Due to this lack of communication, the original scheduled dates for installation were missed and the project was not completed on time. We had to scramble to re-arrange our schedule to allow the installers to come back after they cleared up the misunderstandings internally. As a result, we missed various family events. On top of that, on the day the installers could finally come and do the work, they ran out of material on both the vinyl and the carpet because the measurements were not accurate. What is most offsetting, it is the fact that I had to pay in full in advance or otherwise they wouldn’t even schedule the installation. I was told it was because of previous customers not wanting to pay their bills. Well, I don’t blame those customers for not wanting to pay in full with this kind of work ethic from the company. We had to pushed to get thigs finally done. That is not the way a business should run.
