Love love love this store! All the fake reviews are funny so I had to leave my wonderful experience and 5 star review. The owner was super helpful and I ended up with 10 new dresses- 2 new purses and a pair of sandals!!

Lady was super rude and arrogant to me over the phone when I called to ask some initial questions. If I’m ever looking for a lecture on the “high standards” of the consignment industry or just generally wanting someone to make me feel like an idiot, I may call this owner back. I will never be a customer of hers.

There are great finds in this store! I really enjoyed chatting with the owner as well. She has great stories. For consignment, I will be honest and say I did better at Plato and my plus size sells like ? fire on Thredup, but I will definitely stop by to shop when I am in the area.

Why did we not read the reviews before coming here??♀️horrible costumer service, we went to look at a dress in the “smaller section” and she came up to us and looked at us and said “um I think y’all need to go over there” to the big ugly dresses and was absolutely hateful the whole time we were there. She also asked one of the girls that was with us and asked “is that smaller girl looking to” and the girl that was with us said yea maby and the lady said “it’s a yes or no question” SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE SHES A HATEFUL HAG!!!!!

The owner is a poor excuse for a business owner. Rude in every aspect. Judges all of her customers even to go so far as to talk about them as soon as the door closes. Buyer beware!!! She rips you off too! Keeps your clothing without paying what is due and then claims it’s your fault. Would NOT recommend her to my worst enemies,

Yesterday I went to Jamie's for the first time. A lady from Saks told me about her shop. I found Julie to be very kind, knowledgable about fashion and trends for older women. She was so very helpful and spent a lot of time with me trying on dresses. I highly recommend her shop. Thank you Julie for all your help.MaryAnn Rosa

You act like you didn't use the verbage I stated such as saying"How Trashy my dress would be". You're advice was unsolicited and unnecessary. I did get a dress from Amazon in better quality than all the Davids Bridal I tried on. For less than $150. I would've said more to you in person if my son hadn't been with me and your rant about cussing in spanish about taking the lords name in vain was completely off putting especially in front of my child. Maybe you should point customers in the direction of where they would like to look instead of trying to be in charge of thier experience and trust if they want your help they will ask. You acted shocked when I spoke up about how great Amazon was for my SIL and then you waved me off continued to say have a good day over and over as I left the store. Instead of apologizing for how I felt take ownership of your actions and apologize for how YOU acted. Have the day you deserve.
Came in with an ideal budget to stay under $200 and an idea of what I am looking for which was a dress with sleeves. The lady at the counter immediately telling me that I'm not going to be able to find anything in that budget for what I'm looking for and so then I say that I could add sleeves if I find something I like. I say that I will just browse to see if I find something while she continues to stand and go through all her dresses in front of me and give me her opinions on everything. while continuing to tell me how not finding things in my budget which by the way is not firm at 200 or below its what I would like to find. but her attitude turned me off to ever purchase anything from her store or recommend to anyone. I say that we're going to leave and she tells me that I need to bring up my budget and to be able to find what I'm looking for which I have found some things on Amazon and my sister-in-law has gotten a beautiful dress from Amazon I just wanted to have something in hand immediately. she proceeds to tell me to not order things from Amazon because of how trashy the dress would be. 100% don't recommend if you want to have excitement and someone kind while dress shopping for your wedding.

Very pleasant customer service upon my initial visit. Good selection. From there on, I was met with an "attitude," bad disposition & unclear communication. I will not be returning after that experience.

I shopped here last fall for a teen's school dance dress. I believe that it was Julie who waited on us & she was extremely helpful! My teen wasn't even sure what size she wore & Julie helped figure it out. Julie also selected several different dresses for her to try on, gave her some heels to put on too & had her stand on a big ottoman to get the full effect. After my teen selected a beautiful dress, Julie helped her pick out the perfect jewelry to go with it! We also got a great discount! Julie ended up having to stay late but with no complaints.
