Fed Ex Driver apparently stole rocks from my custom fire pit. I had collected rocks from streams, rivers, and other waterway during my 7 year truck driving career. Heart broken.
Called Fed Ex multiple times but no one will call me back.

I would like to start out on how I am extremely disappointed in FedEx they are very rude to the employees and they are rude to people who have disabilities after they made it clear that they are always kind to everybody even people with disabilities they pay good but the environment is just horrible to the people who are gonna see this I recommend you quit now I would find a better job because this one is terrible the lie on peoples names FedEx is the worst I hope this review will show them to appreciate who works for them and don’t take their kindness for granted

Jonathan saved my life yesterday when trying to get a package. FEDEX customer service for the 800 number was absolutely awful. They attempted a delivery on 10/27 but did not ring the doorbell or knock. We scheduled a delivery for Saturday for pick up- fedex made a suggestion for the store closest to our house on 10/28. They failed to tell us this location isn’t open on Saturdays. We had to have this package before leaving town - no way we could leave without it.FedEx helped me locate the package to this location. I found a direct number online on a spreadsheet??? and Jonathan THE MAN OF THE HOUR answered, located my package on the truck, and told me to come down to get it. He went out of his way for two hours to help us locate this package that was essential for our trip and was absolutely congenial, kind and on top of it. When I sent my husband to get it he told him, “seemed like a hot button issue. So I was gonna help in any way I could.”Jonathan probably saves abandoned puppies in his spare time, he probably volunteers at nursing homes, he fights crime and always helps old women cross the street. He deserves a raise and a promotion. Be like Jonathan.

My packages were 4 days late so I went to pick up my packages in person. They told me that I couldn't get my packages , that they were in a trailer surrounded by thousands of packages. So it was a waisted trip. Was on the phone with them time after time. It would show on my phone my packages were on a truck to be delivered. Then it showed out for delivery. The at 5 p.m. when my packages never came I looked on my phone and the out for delivery message was gone and it showed .....on a fedex vehicle ready for delivery the next day. And it did this 3 or 4 times. Then they said they were short staffed and most of tulsa's packages were running late.

Home all day waiting for a package. The driver did not ring the door bell. I had it rerouted to a FedEx drop off. The driver tried to deliver before they were open. The next day the drop off point had a power failure. I had to drive to their main facility and get it pulled off the truck.
