Your driver, seen in photo attached to this review, failed to follow clear directions I provided while signed into my account within the FedEx app for delivery redirection to our local Walgreens as a FedEx pick-up site. This occurred on 7/31/2024. The package was a birthday gift for my significant other that required signature for delivery. Rather than delivering to the Walgreens, as instructed in the app, the driver still brought it to our house, where my significant other was home (while I was at work) and ended up signing for his own gift!!! Your driver completely ruined any semblance of a birthday surprise I had planned for 2 weeks after the delivery. This is now the SECOND time a FedEx driver failed to follow delivery instructions for a ukulele shipped from the same company in Hawaii. The first time was a ukulele for myself, where I pre-signed for the package in the app, and the driver still failed to leave it at my door, instead taking it back to the FedEx depot for a later re-attempt...when I still wouldn't be home due to my work schedule. Is it really that hard to follow directions in the app?? Your drivers need to understand the consequences of their mistakes or not be in this job role!

FedEx truck drove past my house and delivered to my neighbor and lied and said I was not home but it didn't stop to ascertain the truth

The gentleman at the counter was friendly. But did not know how to use the computer. Wound up coming out to my car as I was pulling out and required me to come back in to stand packages that he incorrectly scanned in. Caused an over 40 minute delay in my day. The gentleman never offered an apology and seemed entirely uninterested in the delays he was causing. He never offered an opportunity to expedite the service based upon his mistakes. Do not recommend picking up packages from this center when offered the opportunity.

Closest center to me so I know my package was here. Was supposed to be dropped and signed for today. Saw the driver pull up through window. Before I even opened my door he was gone with 0% attempt to contact me or knock or open gate. Door tag on gate. Super pissed off as it's my only day off to recieve said package.

Seems like if you're nice to the staff, the staff is nice back. Interesting how that works. Out by the airport where streets have no names but this place sticks out, especially w the jumbo jets and trucks w the FedEx name on them. Make sure you got your tracking number!

It’s truly sad that a business has no way for you to contact or get help. Local delivery centers need to be able to provide support via phone and contact drivers especially when a driver has indicated, they attempted to deliver and you have been at that address. One time in three months could be an outlier, but happening twice in two months is a trend that needs to be addressed with a focus on the customer, and not on the company convenience .

I just keep getting letters saying they attempted delivery, while I'm sitting on my couch waiting for them to get here they do not knock or ring the door bell. I am 4 ft from my door waiting and I get a text saying they attempted delivery. I signed electronically 2 days ago and left a signature on the last paper they stuck to my door, the paper is still on the door signed. I am home.

Almost everytime a package is shipped out with fedex they never try to deliver my packages like they are suppost too. This has happened to me at least 5 times so far. I hate to shop on line just because of fed delivery. I would rather just go pick it up at the receiving packages building in Tulsa oklahoma. I try to set it up to do that on there app but it won't let me do it. SO FEDEX SUCKS. Balls. I wish they would just go out of buisness
