I placed a print order online this morning. I got confirmation that the order had been placed, and I got secondary confirmation of the charge. However, an hour after it was supposed to be ready I still have not received confirmation that the print order is ready. When I called the store, they said they had no record of my order anywhere and that they could not look it up and find it. They said they could not help me at all and then I’d have to call customer. I talked to three different customer service representatives, all of which said that they could not help me at all because the store manager was not on duty and that the staff on duty did not know to find my order. Customer service further said that they could not cancel my order.
They said the only way to get my order, would be to place a second order with the store and pay a second time and that the Manager would cancel my order the following Monday. This is a pretty terrible situation to put customers in, and I certainly do not trust them with another order or do not charge to my card twice! I did double check that the address and everything was correct.
Unfortunately, this is the second time a similar Happened (a different store) where no one showed up to work and no one would answer the phone. When I called customer service that time they were able to cancel my order, so I don’t understand why they can’t cancel it this time! I’ll definitely be doing some hard thinking before I use FedEx for printing again!

Will go elsewhere from now on. Went in today to scan a few things, then went to the counter to ask a few basic questions about printing resizing and times, they were answered but relayed to me like I was an idiot. Dude dead stared at me the entire encounter I felt very unwelcome, if y’all don’t want to be bothered okay I won’t be back.

The young guy got what I needed done, but boy he made it clear he hates his job with passion. It's a shame FedEx has such unmotivated, sad workers, who appear to think they are doing a favor to the customers.

Easily sent a package for work and printed some documents. Staff was friendly and helpful.

For standard delivery, FedEx charged me three times as much as the USPS, arrived two days later than USPS expected delivery and they delivered the wrong items. (They boxed up my items and another customer's items and mixed up the labels.)

Earl off the bat, I barely wall in his greeting me with a smile took time to answer my questions and gave me suggestions on what would work best for me. Will return when needed

We use this store often for our large format printing needs, and they do a great job. Last night I was running late and showed up at closing time. Jacob put a smile on and still helped me get what I needed.

My grandma was given less than 2 weeks to live and is out of town and asked me to send her some pictures of my boyfriend and I. So I mailed her a photo album that I spent several hours on as well as making a glitter card. I mailed it via fed ex and they charged me 16.38 to send it ground. The clerk told me it would ship next day. So I called a few days later and they said that it should be there on Saturday… so I called Monday to see why it wasn’t there and they hung up on me. I called them again the next day and they said they lost it and to file a claim… so I called and filed a claim. They said a rep would call me in 24 hours I never heard from them… so I called again and they said the claim was closed because I didn’t leave enough information when the rep on the phone that filed the claim said they would call me. They lost my package and don’t know where it is and cannot find it. It takes about 30 plus minutes to get an actual person on the phone and then they transfer me to 4 or 5 different people and say they will call and never do. This is the worst shipping experience I have ever had and probably the one I needed to work the most. I will never be using This company again. ?

I'm an artist and occasionally I take digital files of my paintings to this location to have prints made. I've always been very happy with the results. Promptly, I might add. Alicia took care of any issue that arose! She deserves a raise!!

Charges you per minute to use their computer and then charges for you to use the printer. Was not expecting printing papers to be free but the charge per minute to use computer is ridiculous. If you need to use the computer and print stuff I highly suggest going to the local public library because computer usage is free and printing cost is cheaper (10 cents per paper).
