What an amazing experience! I ordered a skirt for NYE and when the shipping got backed up Mari overnighted me another one so I could have it in time. She went above and beyond! I would highly recommend!

I’ve purchased several pieces from Ella and Orchid and have been incredibly pleased with every single one of them. The owner is incredibly helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience was nothing short of fantastic. I will absolutely continue to shop local and choose Ella and Orchid over the big name brands.

EDIT: I am changing my rating because of the customer service I received after posting this review. While the customer service was good in my first visit it was great the second. The owner personally reached out to me and invited me back to the shop, and explained that she was more than happy to special order any size or style that I would want or need. The owner was super sweet and wanted to make sure that I could find something that I just loved! Overall, I really do feel like this store cares about customer satisfaction! I had such a positive experience!7/29/22 - I was really excited to visit this store when I saw them on a billboard over the BA. This shop is very trendy and cute; however, they are very very pricey. Around $115 for a skirt, $200 a dress, and $40 a t-shirt. Like other boutiques, size inclusivity was minimal. Out of the few pieces that I picked out, I did not see anything bigger than a medium. It could’ve been just that they were sold out, but it was just something I noticed, and I only picked up 5 pieces.Ultimately, this is an every once in a while, special occasion type of store for the average person.

Your political view should not elicit a review on a place of business. Just because you don’t share the same opinions shouldn’t be a reason you say bad things about someone or a place of business that is someone’s livelihood. The owner has worked hard to build a business that she believes in and works hard to make sure every customer that she has an opportunity to meet has the best experience. I hope those that read these reviews take this into consideration. The answer is simple just don’t shop there, but don’t slander or degrade a place of business because you don’t share the same political views.
