Battled this review a but going with my gut.
Decent product availability, terrible staff.
Let me start with saying that I spent $450, a SMALL portion of a total alcohol budget for a girls weekend at the river.
From the moment that I entered, I had a bad vibe, but just kept pushing through because I have shopped at this store prior to Covid and a relocation for over a decade… I was in town for a visit/celebratory event and in charge of liquor, I went to the store and from the moment I entered I felt unwelcome and surrounded my uninterested staff.
During my visit, I asked counter staff hot help and was offered no suggestions or directions to navigate the store. And then upon flagging down a singular staff person, on their way to the beer counter not out intentionally helping customers, I encountered in the store for assistance, I found no one was interested in helping locate inventory. Each person pointed to shelves, and provided no individualized support in locating alcohol, although very few customers were in the facility. Twice I went to staff directly for support and the seemed unwelcoming, and then after filling a cart and kidding a second, my request to hold the cart at the front to confine my shopping seemed an extreme inconvenience. I felt so unwelcome. In the end I put a few more things in my cart and checked out.
I attempted friendlessness at the counter and no staff person would even make eye contact with me.
I was really thankful for the help out to the car, especially as I was not anticipating the help on such a hot day, my car was not ready. The individuals carrying my items out did not engage, make eye contact, and looked at my tip offering (singular $10 bill) and walked away. I felt confused and humiliated.
I had an additional $425 in alcohol I needed to buy, but I just couldn’t shake the unwelcome vibe. Now in search for another hometown, bulk liquor store…
Boo.

Great recommendation from the cashier. I originally had a regular Crown and he told me about the new limited addition. Now although I had seen it in social media I didn't pay too much attention to it being a new flavor. But when he told me about it I decided to give it a try. And I'm glad that I did. It's not overly sweet like Crowns other flavors which I dislike. But this was awesome Great friendly and knowledgeable staff and a wide variety of spirits to choose from. Well done!!
