Would have liked to give five stars but teller Steven errantly said a proof of funds letter could not be provided and did not offer to ask his manager when I insisted. Branch manager Tammy was absolutely wonderful and handled my request explained what she had the ability to do and what would need to be done on the phone with someone in a different office. She then dialed and walked through all the necessary steps. Thanks to Tammy who saved the day, Steven needs more training in responding to an issue he doesn’t know how to solve.

WARNING! Chase has "lost multiple safety deposit box contents through there own mistakes" and are refusing to release documents that would prove they are in negligence liability. Multiple peoples Contents are being located in "abandoned property actions". WARNING!

I recently had a problem with a check that I deposited via the ATM. Before posting the deposit, I got a message that the funds would be held for 7 days. I attempted to cancel the deposit and take the check to the local bank on which it was drawn. But the ATM would not let me cancel the transaction and get my check back. I was told to call the next day and they would see about releasing the funds. After three phone calls and three different reps, I was not able to get the funds released. (I am moving this weekend and need the money to help pay for the move.) I went to the Utica branch and the lead teller (Trenton) stayed calm and professional as I asked for his help. After looking at my account record, and typing an explanation into my file (about 5 minutes), he told me that all of the funds were now available. I was so happy I almost cried. I arrived planning to close out my accounts. Trenton changed my mind.

I’ve dealt with several Chase Banks in the Tulsa area but this one is by far the most helpful and accommodating. I called them a little flustered and was treated with patience and respect which made me feel so much better. My problem was actually solved rather than delegating the issue to another bank. Shoutout to Ty!

This has been my bank for the last 10 years. I'm a veteran and I get free checking. Priceless. Staff always friendly and helpful. Really happy with the new ATM built into the bank. Very convenient and safe. Before you enter ATM room you insert card to get access to the room.

Everytime I go to this chase location the teller always counts my money back to me loudly, unprofessional.

I was very pleased with the Chase bank that I did business with in Georgia, but when I tried to reach the local branch in Tulsa I got routed to the national call center twice. When they tried to transfer me to the local branch my call was dropped. I am seriously thinking about changing banks, will be checking other options soon.

Chase Bank ticked me off and I will probably be closing my Chase checking account but that's not the fault of the branch here in Tulsa. These folks were awesome. I needed a cashiers check and despite the fact that my account was new, they were able to check my two forms of identification and get me on my way pretty quickly. The teller who helped me and the supervisor who signed the cashiers check were efficient and swift. I'm quite pleased with the service I received today.
