I've had Boost Mobile for many years with virtually no issues. I have been to many really great Boost Stores in 3 different states but when I came to this store several months ago, I was given a run around by a very dishonest associate. She was very shifty about quoting me fast deals but always in her favor and a large amount of money for me to pay out. She totally explained away the online offer and refused to discuss it any further. I went to Walmart and was able to get exactly the deal that was advertised online as advertised with no hastles and no shady dealing. I will never be back to this location again.

The one employee that was there was super nice and helpful as he could be. But, was overwhelmed being only employee on payroll for the night having several customers in needing assistance. Also, this is not based on the customer service, because he was so nice and did try hard to assist us . I was not able to purchase the broadband package because of some problem the website kept having and he was not able to correct the issue there. So I left with not getting what I was needing.
