When u buy a 30 day plan, it's good for 30 full days. Not here they cut it off the 30th day and when u contact them all they say they can't do anything about it. They are liars and cons. I wouldn't go back to them I am warning everyone. Watch them there sneaky.

Let me be clear: this review is for ownership and mgmt NOT the young man and woman who work there. Jackie was very helpful, polite and apologetic for our bad experience. I started service 2 months ago. I inquired about having my ports cleaned and was told it would cost me $15. Further, my sons phone quit working after the first month about the same time I was charged for the second. Spent over an hour in the store with Jackie on the phone with your pathetic customer service. She was even told it would be a longer than usual wait due to high call volume. It should be noted this was 2:30pm on Tuesday. After she spoke with the mgr in the other room she mentioned they could fix if I payed $15 for a SIM card however following a half hour wait with normal customer service Jackie was told a “technical” customer service rep would take over. Half an hour later we were told to go home with his phone still not working and paid for. That it would be 12-72hrs and it would start working on its own.I am now reminded why I was with Sprint/T-Mobile for the last 20yrs. It’s clear you get what you pay for specifically with customer service. Mgmt missed two opportunities to inspire loyalty. 1. Wanting to charge me $15 to clean my ports. 2. Telling me buying a SIM card for $15 to fix my problem that resulted from Boost’s mistake. Even a smile with the eye contact would be a good place to start. It’s clear Boost’s business model caters to a customer base who do not manage their money well and have no other options than other prepaid carriers resulting in a lack of focus on customer service. I will be paying more for decent customer service in the future

Best place for phone service the workers are great and the prices are excellent.
