The customer experience was great, great deal on the car, Chris was very helpful and so was Todd for helping me out and making everything clear, Tommy also was helpful with showing me pictures before it was on the website and getting me set up with Chris, this would be my second time with Chris and really provides good service, I’m really grateful for my experience at BMW of Tulsa.

I didn’t read the small print in there mailing got the price jacked back to retail because small print said specific cars. I walked out that was deceiving !!

I have been a customer of BMW of Tulsa for the last 17 years. Our 2013 certified BMW X5 M Sport is stunning and almost looks brand new. General Manager Brian Langley, Tommy Escue took care of all my paperwork in under an hour. Tommy Escue has the BMW knowledge of a BMW Master Technician. The sales managers Mike and Dan Bakker also helped me and my wife with the entire process. Mike and Dan Bakker truly cared about every question and concern we had before and after the sale. Stan HA the finance manager got me exactly where I wanted to be with my financing. BMW of Tulsa Service Manager Mike Whitney, Mike Kaiser and Michael Huerta in the service department has always taken exceptional care of me and my wife's other BMW vehicles.

Very smooth experience and the small difference in price for an oil change vs doing it myself makes it worth not getting myself dirty. I also appreciated the video of the inspection so I know I'm not being told to get services that aren't necessary

Yearly check up today for my 2020 X3 …. Great experience, even with all the construction . Able to walk to Target, while waiting for my car …. Shuttle (a beautiful BMW luxury car !) came to get me and all my things I bought . Every thing was explained well …. Happy !
