If you want to avoid a horrible experience do not go here!!! They are the rudest, inept bunch of people I have ever done business with! Especially the Finance officer Mike, he is so unprofessional. After my experience as horrible as it's been, I felt it is my civic duty to warn people about this dealership!!!

Would not recommend the service department. They have had my car for a day and a half and have not even looked at it yet. Their explanation is that your appointment time is only an appointment to drop the vehicle off and does not reflect when the vehicle will actually be looked at. What?

The service was very personable and They worked with me on what I wanted, Jason was great in explaining me about my new MKX
