I had questions about getting a cashiers check because I really didn't know how to ask. The young lady who helped me explained it all to me. I did get the cashiers check and everything I needed was printed on it just as I asked. They were courteous with a smile and answered all my questions. And yes, I'd recommend BOK to others. They also have zell.

In October a teller erroneously connected my account to someone else's replacement debit card. This has created a colossal mess. This is now November and the bank is still trying to correct the issues this created. It is error upon error from this staff. Plus management staff passes the buck or doesn't contact you. I am now only interested in closing my account and never banking with BOK.

I got great service at 31.Harvard. An ATM ran out of money at a location. The teller was helpful and found my account had money but the ATM machine had apparently ran out at another retail location. Off the subject...I hope these good tellers are able to transition to a digital currency type of exchange...if that happens soon.
