. I can't express my love for all the employees of the BOK AT 21st and Lewis and the other locations. They always remember you,,,,I don't know how to say how much that's appreciated to me.

It would be nice if your drive thru ATM was not broken down half the time you try to use it. It would also be nice if you could pop into the lobby and talk to a banker instead of having to make an appointment. I went in the other day and no banker at any cubical station and one poor teller trying to take care of a long line. I would expect this from Bank of America. They are so big they don't care about customers or customer service anymore. At one time BOK seemed to care but maybe they have become too big as well. Sad when a bank that uses the name Oklahoma does not take care of the citizens of Oklahoma. Maybe you should just change the name to Bank of Kaiser. At lest the Kaiser's likely receive customer service from their own bank.

If I could put zero stars I would. First off we opened an account almost 2 years ago, had a bunch of charges we didn't authorize so we quit using the bank. Our tax return showed up at the bank last month after that account has been closed going on a year. They take the money out we owed, then proceed to send the remainder (almost $8,000) to the wrong address all without even trying to reach out to me to, tell me they received my money or to aske if the address they had was correct. Then when I go to the bank to ask about this I get an attitude from the teller. The whole time he tried to make it seem like this was my fault. Then informed me that the bank is going to be holding my money hostage for 30 days before they will fix there mistake. Keep in mind the fact that my money never got to me was not by my doing. So here I am leaving this review. If I get no ACCEPTABLE response my next step will be to go to the press with this issue.

Making a simple checking account has been a month long process. Employees didn't tell me certain details or all that I needed to give them. I had to keep going back and forth over the phone as well. I'm getting tired of calling, they never have more than 2 tellers. Even on the weekdays too. I can't even get to make an appointment or walk in without getting some deterring directions. I just keep wasting more time with this. Let's see what happens next week...

As far as banks go it's ok. Service charges are strange. They charge businesses to deposit money but not to take it out..

This slimeball bank is doing everything possible to not pay out my 401k, I'm beyond out of patience, & this is going to turn into a very large can of worms for them if they don't turn over my money immediately.
