Went in to get a form to send to my pension plan so I could get direct deposit. Nick Vasquez was the one to help me and was fast and efficient. Been a customer for 30+ years and have always been taken care of.

I loved the customer service but just dont understand why they charge so much to cash thier own checks with them, other than that I am always taken care of with exceptional service.

The only reason I give this Arvest branch three stars is because of one very helpful blonde lady. Rude staff. I've been an Arvest customer for over 25 years and haven't witnessed this behavior elsewhere.
