The main old grump lady who runs this place absolutely needs to be replaced. It's clear she no longer cares about her job. Her attitude is absolutely awful and WE, our tax dollars is why she has a job in the first place!! Iv had to file two cases on this Hag for mishandling my packages bc she's too lazy to do her job right! She needs to be replaced immediately.

Posting for other people, there’s some real bad comments about Ann on Terlton Facebook page that’s she’s not very accommodating. She’s rude, won’t get the mail out of the boxes for people that forgot their key. She removed the chair in the waiting room so now the handicap people have no place to sit while they wait, which is an ADA discrimination issue. From what was said, a lot of people said she needs to be replaced or be more helpful and put the chair back.

Had a package there the 31st of August and for 3 days no notice I had a package. Had to go and find out why. She just made a mistake. She also weighs packages on 3 sides, don't ask why, I don't know, and she doesn't like giving receipts for the money orders on CODs. Something is seriously wrong with whoever put her there and they need to retire.

I love our post office so handy to have one in our small town. Not all small towns have a Post Office. We are 'very' lucky to still have one.I Enjoy visiting with the ladies that work there.They, as do most people, have a job to do. And I for one congratulate them on a job well done. ?
