I was quoted one price which I was fine with because I was told that was the cheapest I could get. When I went into the office after I got my second bill and it wasn't the Total Angela quoted me and I agreed to. I was told they would figure out the discrepancy and call me later that day. Three days later I was told that I wasnt given the correct total on my quote The total was 100 dollars more because I didn't pay all upfront which was never an option so I put my down payment which I wouldn't had I known the correct amount what a scam oh yeah then I was sent a email from Angela showing I could have gotten twice the coverage and pay 150 dollars less had she did her job in the beginning and shopped around like she said she did she argued with me on the phone about simple math equations then I understand they needed my 100 to buy calculators for the office all makes sense now??

They tell you one price and then double it. They can’t tell you what your policy does cover. They can’t answer any of our questions. 0/5 do not recommend!

I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in this agency, as they did not shop around to get me the best rate that they could. They insured me through a company that charges 10 times more than Farm Bureau on a commercial line for a daycare. It cost me 1200.00 a year and Farm bureau only charges $150 for the exact same amount of coverage. I had also requested building coverage for my daycare and was led to believe that my building was covered along with the liability for the daycare....and then found out that I have NO BUILDING coverage! I was appalled! I've called and gotten no response from this company. I will not make this mistake again. I've moved all my insurance to another company that is way more affordable.
