The Sulphur Post office seems to get away with doing whatever they want. If their postal carriers don't want to deliver the mail then apparently they do not have to. My husband for several reasons has a little duplex we rented him so he can do his home dialysis at since we're renovating our home. He has never been able to receive any piece of mail there not 1 piece in over 8 months! The mail carrier finally just now told us, that he has to have a mailbox by the curb in order to receive his mail. Would've been nice to of known that at the beginning...even though the other neighbors don't have their mailbox by the curb either, and even though he has his mailbox by the front door like the rest of his neighbors. We finally got him a PO Box and even though we gave them the 2 forms of ID that's required, we just got a paper saying that he still needs the 2 forms of ID...Im assuming they didn't enter the 2 forms of ID into the system correctly. We still haven't received any mail as of yet, even though we paid for a PO Box. This is the most ridiculous post office I've ever seen in my life and I've literally lived all over! Forgot the Old Motto Rain, Sleet, or Snow that is the post office of yesterday definitely not this generations post office motto that's for sure, deeply disappointed! By the way I have a close nameless relative that works for the USPS & I have had no other issues with any other Post office but this one, so basically this rating is isolated and only pertains to this post office here in Sulphur, Oklahoma.

I had a package that was delivered to the post office on the 17 th of July at 11:11am and my tracking on the package says it has been delivered by front door or porch same day. Yep this package was 178.00 total and I have not seen it anywhere the post office in Sulphur Oklahoma is bad about delivering packages and mail to wrong addresses. I really wish they would get it together. I am going to talk with post office here in the morning but more than likely I’m out the money I spent on the items.

Extremely helpful every single time I have ever gone, and I use this post office for my small business almost daily. In my opinion, the friendliest p.o. I’ve ever been to.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! The lady on the phone as rude and unhelpful as a person could be. Then proceeded to tell me that I didnt recieve what I had been asking her about when i had the letter in my hand. I wish i could leave less of a star rating like nothing at all. Still wouldn't be right. Worst person in the world to work with the public. Very very unhappy with the services.
