No one likes moving or having to put things in storage, but this is one of the better storage units I have ever needed to use. The climate controlled units are safe, reasonably clean, and the items I have retrieved from my unit show no damage.

Facilities were very clean and everything was very smooth. If I called for something I got prompt and very nice assistance! If I need storage again, I will totally use A Safe Mini Storage!

Storage has been great 2+ years for college students. Safe, climate controlled, dual code access to keep belongings secure. Owners are very helpful when you need assistance.

We moved from Fort Worth to Stillwater and needed a place to store our household goods during our transition. The availability, and price at A Safe Mini Storage were perfect for our needs. The process to create a reservation and contract was simple and straightforward. The facility is clean and secure and our household goods were safe for the duration of our stay.

This facility safely stores your property, but there isn’t much else going for it. The placement of the keypad to enter the gate requires you get out of your car to enter your gate code. While you do have 24/7 gate access, the aisles between buildings are very dimly lit and it is often difficult to see if you visit at night. Management has done a poor job of maintaining a clean facility—every single time I stopped at my unit there was trash on the ground and 2ft+ weeds growing in cracks in the pavement. Move-in was extremely easy, but move-out was not. Management does not sweep out your own unit for you upon move-out, so I was required to make an extra trip to do this myself. My lease said I needed to give 15 day notice, but the website lists a phone number which you send a picture of your empty unit to day-of. After checking with the office, I was told to text a picture of my empty unit to a designated number and they would immediately process my move-out. After doing exactly as I was asked and waiting two days with no response, I called the office to confirm my move-out and was met with sass from an office worker claiming I had never told them I was finished with my unit in the first place. Sure, it may have been a misunderstanding, but I am frustrated with the lack of professionalism not only from the office staff but from the facility as a whole. Overall, I am disappointed with my experience at this facility and will seek other storage options should I need them in the future.

Gate has to remain open 24/7 due to poor design and keypad placement, so security is a concern, and not sure if there is staff on-site. Otherwise have had no issues.

Simple, clean, easy & secure. Getting it setup was a simple, no-contact, sign up on the website. It gave me a gate code, and storage number. The unit was open and ready for me to use. No signs of pests, cameras for security, and 24hr access. Canceling was just as quick and easy as signing up. Would Recommend for anyone looking for storage.

I seldom, if ever write reviews, however I’m really frustrated with the new owners of this storage facility. I’ve rented this storage unit over 12 years, never had a late payment and never issues with getting into the facility. They now have a new entry system and want everyone to use the app or go to the website to pay. I still pay by a personal check. I’m not opposed to the new system, just haven’t switched, yet. Payment is due on the 1st, with a late fee added on the 6th. What they DON’T tell you is that if you don’t pay on the 1st, you cannot access your storage after midnight on the 1st of the month. August 1 was on a Sunday. My check was in the storage box outside the facility at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, August 2. I would’ve taken it directly to the office, but no one was there. I called and the owner said she would let me in and was on her way to the storage facility, and would enter our payment ASAP. At 4:00 p.m., I still can’t access through the gate with my code. I like the facility, but I’m now looking for another facility that will hopefully have a semblance of Customer Service.
