My wife got a computer as a present from her parents it didn't work we took it back to exchange it but they told us there would be a 500.00 restock fee so we only had 75 percent of the money they had paid left to get another. We had not gone back for over 10 years but we needed something for the foster kid before he went back to mom so reluctant we tried best buy again this experience was no better.

One of the most unhelpful Best Buy’s yet. Unfortunately, unless we want to drive an hour to the city it’s our only option here. We walked in and asked where phone cases for a specific phone were. The guy told us where they would be then walked off. He failed to tell us that they do not keep them in stock in that phone style that it is just a bunch of empty hooks. So after looking through everything that was there for 5 mins we asked if they actually had any in that style and they told us no. So he lead us to a place knowing what we were looking for and knowing they wouldn’t have it. The geek squad has NEVER fixed an issue I’ve had with a computer. I’ve taken several in and they are less than helpful. They do all the same things I have already done and then go sorry nothing we can do. If you have the time, don’t waste it here. Drive to Tulsa or OKC!

Staff was helpful, but they didn't carry much in stock. When I ordered the IPad I wanted they told me I would have to sign up for their Plus membership to get two day shipping. When I tracked the package it showed it sat in a store 120 miles away before the carrier picked it up ensuring it would not arrive in two days. The staff was awesome, but not at all impressed with the corporation.

Experience was so so.
One employee was helpful and awesome. I came back in a few min. Later and young employees were in circle chatting it up looking at phones, it's 2024 I get it but, the lack of help that time was
Frustrating a bit. Overall B.B.
Is looking like blockbuster...
Or Titanic. The price and selection were decent enough.
I would go back if needed but need to get the kiddos off the phones to help customers everytime. This was the Stillwater store.

Nice store. The sales rep... Tristan I believe was his name. He was phenomenal. I needed two CD boom boxes. One was on shelf, he went out back and brought us one more...Up and beyond if you ask me...you don't find that kind of help in any store.
I will be back,we live in Guthrie and store is in Stillwater...45 miles away but we'll go back cause of the treatment he showed us.

Bought an Amazon Fire tablet on sale. It started messing up within a few days so took it back hoping they would replace it. Instead of replacing it they gave my money back and wanted to sell me another one. They were no longer on sale and wanted me to pay full price for another one. Nothing was mentioned about exchanging it.

Over the course of a couple of years, today was the FOURTH (and final) time I’ve been told they can repair my iPhone just for me to drive an hour there, be told x excuse, and have to drive an hour back home with no solution. I called and confirmed that they would be able to fix my screen yesterday, drove there today to be told they didn’t have parts.. not sure why that wasn’t established when I called for the appointment beforehand. Really disappointed and frustrated.
