The price is good but they have added a lock on the outside for protection but not given anyone keys or the Number to call for someone to come

The sweet, friendly lady who works there has bent over backwards helping me out. I am out of town trying to rent a storage facility for my son who lives in Stillwater. She has been so flexible and so accommodating to us. I loved that I could rent it for only one month and start on the date I needed to and end on the date I needed. Then, I called back and asked for another two weeks and she made that happen for us too. We appreciate this kind of business that cares about their customers! Thank you American Mini Storage!
