Pharmacy called and said scripts are ready for pick up , my wife drove 40 minutes out of her way to get them after she got off work and was told “ we are still working on them , give us about 35-45 minutes.

I'm pretty sure the guy working the counter of the pharmacy was high and was giving me some kind scientific lesson of histamine, and you will probably die of old age just waiting in the drive through pharmacy.

After surgery pharmacist refused to fill pain medication on a Friday after 5 . Said didn’t know patient and is a traveling pharmacist I’m sure didn’t know anyone. Was too late to get ahold of doctor to transfer prescription to another pharmacy. Weekend without pain killers after surgery.

This pharmacy is the worst. Meds are never ready when they say they will be. Talked to pharmacist to verify meds, was told 15-20 min. Over an hour and they still weren’t ready. This has been the case every single time i have gone in there. All i go there for are fertility meds so timing on taking things is very important and they either dont fill it in a timely manner or they are out of stock and dont say anything. I am leaving this pharmacy and this isnt giving me high hopes for any walgreens ever.

Absolutely horrible, it's been 3 days and I still haven't gotten my prescriptions for ALLERGY MEDICATION, what are you doing? fire whoever is in charge of that and hire someone who actually does their job, absolutely disappointing. wish I could give a negative star review and I hate that this is the first review I've felt 100 percent compelled to write.

This is without doubt, the most incompetent pharmacy in Shawnee. They don’t keep regular hours and never have a prescription filled when they say it will be ready. If at all possible, get your medication refills anywhere but this totally inept business. Possibly worst pharmacy in Oklahoma.

Even tho ur doc office sent off the prescription u still need to go there so they'll start filling it but just kno u r going to have to wait regardless now a week old/days old prescription will b ready when u pull up (SMH)

Went to pick up antibiotics for ear infection. Got there at 5:15 was told wasn’t scheduled to be filled until 8:00 and they don’t have the ear drops, but could have another pharmacy call them to have it filled there. Told that takes 24 hrs to process. 45 minutes later the tech said my antibiotic was done. Tried to give me another person script. Also told me I would have to call the Walgreens by the mall to call Harrison to have the drops filled. Why can’t the other Walgreens see the abx drops that needed to be filled for me? Isn’t it the same system? Very poor service and the line was down the whole isle, so had to wait In line twice. Walked out at 6:16.

I’m not a fan of Walgreens pharmacy in general but this is by far the worst location I’ve ever dealt with. Takes them forever to fill a prescription with excuses of “we’ve just been so busy”. I would just love it if someone…ANYONE could just do their jobs. Wish I could give zero stars.

Nothing like getting told your meds are ready for pick up at 7pm get in line at 8ish pm and wait for 45 minutes to get up there and they say the medication isn’t ready and there’s nothing they will do.

I have been trading at this Walgreens on Harrison in Shawnee, ever since I lived here. Every time I think it will be better next. Well, it never is! They cheat & rip people off. I'll never go back!
