The staff at this Verizon store went way above and beyond to help my 85 yr. old mother who had a scammer trying to get money from her through her cell phone. They acted quickly and checked all the apps he had tampered with, change and updated passwords, updated security, logins, etc. I am so grateful for their help and coming to her rescue. I am also thankful for their professional attitude and alacrity to take care of their customers. I highly recommend them.

They want to be a Verizon dealer but don't want to do anything for less than an arm and a leg. Go to the real store in mid west city. Will save you some time.

Id give 0 stars if it were possible, and they know why !Worst Experience I have ever Had and even heard of ! Save Yourself Time and go elsewhere even if you must go to the same carrier and for many reasons, starting with they simply don't care how long you wait on them in the store, they let customers walk out , and mainly because the online Verizon websight is cheaper and saves you a $35.00 activation fee, even if you order online and select pick up in store , you'll end up with a 4 digit pin that only the one who created it without you knows ! Then they'll want to cancel your order even if you already paid , Im assuming and because its what was suggested, lets cancel order and start a new one. To charge you the whopping $35.00 but I'm gonna be optimistic here and say " I experienced this so that nobody else has too !".

The purchase of a new phone went well until I got home and discovered that the phone came with a cable but no charging brick. One would assume that you would leave the store with everything needed after a phone purchase. Lessons learned.

Lauryn was awesome. In and out in about 30 minutes with a new phone and accessories. She was juggling two other customers in the process. I’ll def skip the online upgrade next time and just go straight to Russell Cellular.

Lauren at Russell cellular absolutely is the best at what she does! We walked in there needing to switch carriers and buy new phones and she worked with us til we were happy. She went above and beyond even staying after to make sure everything was complete and we were satisfied.

Whitt was very helpful when switching services. Although she was the only person in the office and had several customers to wait on she was very polite and helpful to everyone and was able to multi task and get everyone's questions answered. Very well job well done.
