Joe C. was very informative, knows his mattresses and construction. Even more important was NOT a pressure salesmen. I also liked how he didnt try to down sale us because we typically dont dress up to go out shopping, warmups and tennis shoes he treated us as if we looked like we had a million bucks. Yes, we do have the money to purchase whatever mattress we decide but he never showed any idea preference either way. Thank you Joe!

Our purchase experience was very good. The sales representative was courteous, very knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time explaining the product to us. However, after sleeping on the new bed for one week, I'm not happy with it at all. It is not comfortable, too soft and does fit our headboard. There is no way to connect it to the headboard so it takes up a lot of space, we cannot reach our night tables when the head of the bed is raised and we continually slip further to the foot of the bed. These were reasons we were looking for a new mattress and now we're experiencing the same problems. It is a very expensive bed for me to be so unsatisfied with it.

I cannot share enough good things about Bernie Sainz. His customer service is above the call of duty and that is rare today. I bought a mattress from Bernie, but also bought several other items from the OKC Mathis home store. I could not get anyone in OKC to help me address my problems with the order (several calls, and hours spent on the phone) I called Bernie (keep in mind, he is not making the sales commission from the other orders) and he helped me solve all the issues with my other orders. I am very thankful for his help. Go see Bernie, he will take good care of you.
