I called this office to inform them that I would be switching companies. I called them weeks before my renewal date. Carrie Lauderdale took my call.
Allstate still withdrew the premium from my account. Carrie did not follow thru with the cancelation. Now I have to jump thru hoops to get a refund due to their mistake.
Here we are now at 24 hours after my many calls and I have yet to get a call back from this office. Because this office failed to follow thru with my policy cancelation almost $500 was unknowingly withdrawn from my account. This stolen money has caused me a 15% price increase on my now overdue hospital bills.

They offer a good quote then take your money, but then they come back and cancel you, they sent out a home inspection which finds fault which we didn't have no fault with previous inspection, which leaves you with a record of cancellation it really screwed us, and evidently we're not the only ones they did it to, I read other reviews that say same thing

Very dishonest. Told me they could insure my investment property that was being renovated and after taking my money they canceled my policy because it needed repaired.Duh being renovatedWorst experience ever with an insurance company in 60 years.
