Selection isn't consistent with their other stores.

I have been shopping at Reasors for 30 years and enjoy the service provided. Many of the employees I have seen for years and have been very helpful.

One of the worst racers I've been to. The worst food selection of any of them that I've seen.

Standards have dropped since the Reasor family sold it. I went to the seafood counter which used to be one of the best in my area. The worker was ambivalent about helping me and the only two pieces of cod looked like they've been in the case over a week. I asked if they had any other, even frozen and was told no. Ended up buying from the frozen section. If I'm going to buy frozen, I am better off saving money and shopping at Walmart.

Now that they have sold out they are building new stores. The parking lot was redone but Reasors didnt have anything to do with that. Is it so much to ask that the do some interior up grades to this store? This is definitely the neglected store of all of them. Even the employees know it! We will just call this the Welfare Reasors. I will still shop here but am still frustrated at how much they refuse to do to this store compared to the other Reasors stores. Every other one looks so much nicer than the one here and this was one of a few outside of Tahlequah in the beginning. So Sad!

Seems like they are relying more on their self check out than having more staff to help with check out. Been coming here for more than 20 years and it's looking more and more like Walmart with the exception that Walmart is a bit cheaper with less wait time. Should not have to have customers asking for more than 2 lines to be open.

Nice spot for groceries and some medicine. Took me a bit to get the layout as the store is laid out long ways. Longer fewer but longer isles than I'm used to. Good location and staff were all nice.

Always love shopping at Reasors find everything I need . However lately I have to hunt for someone to help me I have noticed that for a while now there doesn't seem to be as many employees there not only to assist while shopping but there are not many check stands open I don't ever use all those self serve check outs it is just putting people out of work so while the store is well stocked quality is good the service has gone downhill as far as wait time In line and not finding fks that can help you on the floor .

Called ahead from Sand Springs to confirm they have jack o' lantern sized pumpkins. Was told adamantly that they just got a shipment this morning, and they have them.Arrived and they only had Cinderella pumpkins. Office clerk said to check the produce. Only small pumpkin pie pumpkins there.I then spoke with the same young lady (around age 20?) that was on the phone. I told her I was now going to be late to my meeting that required pumpkins, and that the whole group was waiting on me to bring pumpkins that don't exist. She did not apologize at all, or offer solutions. She admitted that her boss told her the shipment is coming tomorrow. She even chuckled! This is the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. Please train your associates to actually check for things when people call, and train them to apologize when they make a mistake, especially when it inconveniences an entire group of people depending on it.

Reasor's hot lunch & supper meals are always good. They're closer to tasting more like home cooking than the fast foods... If you go straight to the deli, get your food, pay for it & leave....you can be in & out within 10 mins. This is still considered fast food, per se, but there's veggies, salads, there will be several selections of meats, gravies, a roll...costsaround $6...ish. It's satisfying. It's comfort food. We eat, then snack on it through out the afternoon. We frequently stop & get a meal here when one of our job sites is near a Reasor's.

I ordered my sons birthday cake from Walmart a week in advance and when I came to get it, they informed me that they didn’t make it and offered no solution. I called Reasors and asked if they could make the cake on such short notice and they said no.. BUT offered a great solution. She told us we could pick a cake they already had made and she offered to put the Cake Kit on top. My son is happy he got his Blues Clues Birthday cake and I’m thankful Reasors helped us out. Thank you guys!
