Good service. Employees always help me out and inform me about stuff especially when I don't understand some of the paper work. Good customer service and good phone service for people that can't afford a cell phone bill at the moment.

The man who was working 1-5-2024 evening shift had severe body odor. His hair was slicked back into a ponytail and was greasy AF. He’s not very friendly and seemed to be annoyed having to be at work this evening. We waited for 40 minutes to get our cellphone and when I asked why it was taking so long he said you’ve only been here for 10 minutes. I said no sir, I received a call when I walked in here and the time was 40 minutes ago. The smell was so intense we had to leave. Please hire friendly, helpful employees who practice good hygiene.
