Went to take in a vehicle and the guy working there broke the inside handle off my sons door, left it in the floorboard and when my son asked if he would replace it since he admitted in VM that it broke when he opened the door, he refused. Fix what you break and do your customers right.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Called to ask how much it costs to replace a part for my car and he flat out hung up on me before I could even finish getting the words out. Definitely lost my business. I’ll find someone else to do it.

My p/s headlight, high beam, and fog light all stopped working at the same time. I stopped by A-1 solely based on reviews…wow, wow, wow…Tim was attentive and diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time while working in the brutal heat for a reasonable price. I salute you sir!!!!
