Kinda rude here at times. Sometimes, the lady who answers can be very snippy. Sometimes, she's ok. That makes calling difficult because you never know if you're going to have a difficult time or not.

I called to see if my prescription was ready and the pharmacist tech answered and she was very rude and disrespectful saying oh we don't have that and then a few minutes later after finding out my last name she goes oh we do have it and then she tells me that they don't have my ID or insurance information well of course they don't have it because I'm just now trying to get a prescription filled here they could work on better customer service
