Bought $78 dollars worth of wiper blades. I asked the employee, big guy with pony tail, to in stall. He said he would but I really did not think he wanted to. Went to my car. He said he would be right out after he rang customer up. Three customers came out of store. No other customers in store. I went back and he was helping another employee look up parts. I picked up the blades and said thanks for nothing. He said. Sorry. I would not have bought them without installation. They are 8 - 10 dollars cheaper elsewhere. I will never shop or recommend Autozone again. We have other options in our town.

I with faith and confidence in AutoZone from my previous dealings with them, I came into the Purcell store with a problem that was unfamiliar to the staff there. They and especially Ray D listened to me and came up with a solution. That is excellent service anywhere! Thank you!
