Absolutely horrible. Three weeks he had my truck Got truck back running worse then when I left it.was not making any boost.defueling when shifting gears ( up or down) I pooped the hood and map sensor was not hooked up. Found two screw drivers and a wrench laying in fender well, He refused to look at it after he got paid. Wanted me to leave it longer ( already been three weeks and it was suffering from shoddy work at this point) Top that off he called the police on me. I could go in to great detail , but I will just say stay away this guy is a thieving hack of a mechanic will bill you for work that was not necessary. And mess up the work that is done creating problems that were not there. I have notified credit card company to stop payment and will be filing suit as well . Taking the truck to another mechanic to find the problems he created.

Friendly ppl just takes a little while on getting work done but surely the mechanic good as customer service then should be good

Took my diesel motor home in for a check engine light. They were fast to do the diagnostics and tell what was needed. I ask them to work with my extended waranty, which they agreed to do. Long story short the waranty company made them jump the hoops to get the repairs covered. Almost two months later it seems to resolved. Aaron was great through the entire process. His work is good and I highly recommend them for your diesel repairs and service.

I have my truck in phillips shop for 2 years now n no one will tell me what's going on with the motor was suppose to get rebuilt around COVID times and I paid $5500 down so these people do not do what they say will do I do not recommend this shop for any truck driver unless u want to loose money go to Phillips diesel and I have called every month still no reply so now I am going to do a police report on stolen property

As truck drivers (esp. O/O) that are skeptical about where we get our trucks fixed. Well!!! If you’re EVER in trouble needing repairs! CALL THEM!!! Was told by Freightliner that the estimate was close to 1K. Well!! I was referred to them by a good friend. The crushed that estimate! Go see’um! Honest and knowledgeable shops like this are extremely hard to find.

Took my truck there because front axle it was vibrating(I was worried, because I fell in to a ditch the night before) . I dropped the truck in their shop. The next day They drove it, checked it and called me to tell me that it was just mud in one of the tires. (Lots of mud)They could of have sold me the entire front axle if they wanted because it was shaking so bad, but they are honest people and THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME A SINGLE CENT...Others charge you 50 to 100 for the check up or the diagnostic but they just asked me to do a three axle alignment in Tulsa, because in town nobody does big rig alignment..Just moved in to town and that was the first impression I got from their people.Thank you Phillips.Honesty means a lot more that what we can imagine.
