Water softener was obviously failing to soften the water sufficiently. Fixing it evidently not an option. Sales price of a new unit roughly 100% overpriced in my opinion.
However their R O filter was fine and I have no complaints about that. It was reliable and did an excellent job.
Also I have no complaints about their service technicians. They were knowledgeable and courteous.
Personal choice: I ended up going with another company.
