They were very rude and disrespectful. They gave something to my puppy and made him sick. They are assholes and don't care what you have to say. They don't listen. They are way too over priced.

if I could give zero stars I would. Our 14 year old dog was dying. They told us to take her to the ICU in Stillwater. I just wanted her to go pain free. Instead she suffered about 30 minutes more after we left then died in my daughters arms. The vet lady was rude and not helpful. Terrible place.

I found the demeanor of Dr. Bowman to be very condescending and she was also very short with me over the phone. I will not take my animals there and cannot recommend this clinic to anyone for this reason.

I haven’t been going to them long, but they value you and your pet. The doctor is so nice and funny. Overall just really nice people. I also love how they have cats roaming around. It’s very welcoming.

I had called about an emergency for my pet, but it was after hours, so I ended up taking him to a different facility out of town. Him not even being a patient, they still contacted every day via text to check on how he was doing. Post op for my pup, he started not feeling well, so I text the number wanting to get him in the following business day. Even though they were heading back from out of town, they stayed in contact till they were able to get him in to visit. Pioneer vet goes above and beyond to help not only their own clients, but non clients as well. They are truly a caring and attentive veterinary clinic. Five stars.

I boarded my dogs with them for a little over a week. Upon picking them up they informed me they gave my dogs flu shots without asking my permission. It was never once mentioned on the phone or on drop off that this was a requirement and then said I signed a sheet of paper that mentioned it but they never once pointed it out. Just snuck it in there.I don’t recommend. Severe lack of communication.

Do not recommend. Unorganized. Unapologetic. Unkind. Untruthful. Mistakes were made, not acknowledged and then I was told I could pay her more to fix her mistake. Just skip this mess and try anyone else. *in my opinion not a good value *

Avoid this place if possible. Only cares about money. Not a good place to take pets. You will be milked for money like a cash cow.Fur Baby lives matter! Dont support places that see pets as a way to finacial sucess.

From leaving staples in my pet, to charging me 40$ for a recheck visit just to ask if I was satisfied on my last visit. To having issues just forwarding a email address to my previous vet so they could send over records for over a month. Been a few times after my move big meh. After leaving this review instead of following up with me they just sent over my records. I feel like they don’t care as much about the pets as they do doing things as quickly as possible just to charge you and get you out the door.

This is the greatest place for taking your fur babies! She takes time with each individual animal and makes sure each is taken care of before moving on to the next! She is clear with her directions and great with humans too! ? 5/5

Wow!! I’ve used Dr Bowman for a while for my regular vet (and a couple emergency ish) needs. She and all the people working there have always been FANTASTIC.I just picked my dog up from boarding for 4 days. It’s the first time i have left her there. I cannot say how happy I am. She’s never been in groups of dogs and they said she did good! When I have picked her up anywhere else in the past she’s always anxious and tugging to go home. When I picked her up today it was like when I’d get her from a loved ones house. Happy to see me but in no rush or anxious or anything otherwise. That alone made my decision of never using anyone else for boarding.But honestly this place is amazing and hands down the best veterinarian I have ever used. Always kind. Always caring. Thank y’all so much for taking such good care of my girl! Y’all are rockstars!

my grandmother who has had her dog for years since she was a rescue and had mange and was in bad health, the vet made her feel like she didn't take good enough care for her dog when we went to put her down yesterday. we will not be going back there ever the worst experience. very unimpressed by her way of handling things.
